The clay vessel is, overall, roughly the shape of a heart. The geometric forms atop represent the troubles of my heart. Before the form was closed I placed five small clay spheres inside to represent the number of times I have been in love. When I shake the heart the spheres move around ripping off little pieces from my heart.
