This is my second painting of Marilyn Monroe and the first painting I finished after my move to Spain.

As a child I used to have this reoccurring dream of swimming through dark choppy waters; trying to get to her to save her life. In my dream she lived in a house by the sea.

But I never got to her. I always awoke when the troubled waters became too fierce for my little body to take.
